Academic Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Inspire and accompany students through a personalized academic experience to strengthen their connection with Tecmilenio.
• Collaborate with academic directors to ensure formative experiences communicate the value of the university's programs.
• Implement academic accompaniment strategies to increase student motivation and sense of belonging.
• Coordinate with mentors and faculty leaders to support students during key decision-making moments to ensure academic continuity.
• Design and execute high-value academic experiences such as bootcamps, challenges, contests, and company visits.
• Manage student retention by following up with students at risk of early withdrawal.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned study plans, providing clarity on competencies and employability routes.

Requirements

• Degree in the Health Sector (Psychology, Nutrition, etc.) is indispensable.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or linkage projects.
• Experience working towards specific goals and managing KPIs.
• Proficiency in learning technologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to deliver high-impact presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree.
• Teaching or classroom experience.
• Expertise in experience design and innovation.
