Academic Experience Leader

Responsibilities

• Design and implement academic experiences, such as bootcamps, challenges, and company visits, to inspire students and strengthen their connection to the university.
• Collaborate with academic directors to ensure formative experiences communicate the value of educational programs and the university's life project.
• Implement academic accompaniment strategies to increase student loyalty, motivation, and sense of belonging.
• Coordinate with mentors and faculty leaders to support students during key decision-making moments to ensure academic continuity and retention.
• Manage student follow-up for those at risk of early withdrawal and implement integration plans for new students.
• Act as a subject matter expert on assigned curricula to provide clarity on competencies and employability routes.
• Execute attraction activities and represent the institution at academic events and provider schools.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura concluida).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admissions processes.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing academic experiences or engagement projects.
• Experience working towards goals and managing KPIs.
• Strong data analysis capabilities and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to deliver high-impact presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Teaching experience.
• Proficiency in educational technologies for learning.
