Responsibilities

• Inspire and accompany students through a personalized academic experience to guide their professional future.
• Ensure academic continuity and student permanence within the institution.
• Design and implement high-value academic experiences and engagement projects.
• Drive student loyalty and work to decrease the number of discarded enrollments.
• Manage transversal collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to achieve academic goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree completed.
• 2-3 years of experience in academic management, student loyalty, or admission processes.
• Experience in academic experience design and event planning.
• Proficiency in Excel for KPI management.
• Experience in public relations and brand positioning.
• Strong skills in self-management, results orientation, effective communication, and proactivity.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
• Experience in teaching or academic instruction.
