Academic Director of Architecture, Art and Design

Responsibilities

• Drive the sustained growth of the School of Architecture, Art, and Design.
• Design and deliver rigorous, challenging learning experiences aligned with international academic excellence standards.
• Strengthen and update academic programs to ensure differentiation and high quality.
• Generate institutional impact through relevant research, academic production, or professional networking.
• Collaborate strategically with the academic faculty to consolidate the school's institutional positioning.
• Provide close support and guidance to students and parents, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture, Design, Art, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching or academic leadership roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2 level or 600 TOEFL points).
• Experience in student attraction processes and the promotion of academic programs (preferred).
• Strong academic leadership, group management, and service-oriented skills.
