About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and support a community of educators who are partners with Genesis
  • Assist educators in effectively using educational products and materials
  • Launch engagement activities and mechanics, including organizing online and offline events
  • Coordinate internal experts involved in educator-focused initiatives
  • Manage and grow the online community through structured communication and regular touchpoints
  • Collect structured feedback and provide actionable insights to the product team
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements within cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • Higher education degree (completed or in progress)
  • At least 1 year of experience in coordinating educational projects, online courses, or working with educational products
  • Experience in NGOs or youth organizations with successful project implementation is an acceptable alternative
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • High level of self-organization and a fast learner

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in community management
  • Experience in account management or sales
