About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and administrative support to academic operations at the LRCM Campus
- Act as the primary support point for Assistant Deans and Program Directors in day-to-day academic delivery
- Coordinate classroom and teaching preparation
- Manage logistics for visiting lecturers
- Maintain academic platforms and content
- Serve as a liaison between students and faculty
- Support academic documentation and scheduling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2–4 years of administrative experience
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in an educational setting
- Familiarity with academic platforms
- Fluency in French
