About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute daily operations related to academic assessment, examinations, and grade reporting.
  • Enroll students in ExamSoft and other assessment software programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty and course directors to collect, import, and organize assessment materials and question banks.
  • Provide technical instruction and support to students and faculty regarding assessment software.
  • Monitor student compliance with online assessment submissions and assist with scheduling make-up exams.
  • Maintain and secure assessment information and records within university systems.
  • Generate assessment reports and assist with posting grades online.
  • Coordinate with the Office for Students and Disability Services to ensure adherence to testing policies and accommodations.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline.
  • Two years of administrative or computer-based office experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and assessment software such as ExamSoft or Blackboard.
  • Strong English grammar, punctuation, and typing skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience with medical school curriculum development.
  • Advanced writing and mathematical skills.
  • Experience managing complex record-keeping systems and technology.
  • Background in Education, Administration, or English.
