About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the College Dean
- Schedule, plan, and coordinate work actions for the Dean and college
- Respond to enquiries concerning program matters from various departments and external organizations
- Collect, organize, and analyze data for reports and analysis
- Assist Deans in developing policy and procedure documents
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and meeting minutes for committees
- Support administrative processes for accreditation bodies such as WSCUC and BQA
- Assist with onboarding new faculty members
- Liaise with Program Coordinators regarding internship and capstone applications
- Coordinate applications for field trips and guest speaker invitations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or media
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices
