About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-time clinical care within a multidisciplinary team focused on substance use disorders
  • Engage in inpatient and outpatient clinical programs and consultation work
  • Participate in an academic environment through teaching and overseeing medical residents, students, fellows, and other trainees
  • Contribute to a growing academic program through clinical care, education, and research initiatives

Requirements

  • MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Psychiatry
  • Added qualifications in addiction psychiatry
  • Demonstrated success in clinical addiction programs
  • Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and success in clinical research
  • Strong teaching skills and potential for scientific or scholarly achievement
