AC Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair various AC systems including package units, split systems, and window units
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on cooling units and related HVACR equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues within the systems
• Maintain and repair kitchen equipment and other facility appliances
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Remain available for emergency repair calls as needed

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience working with HVAC systems
• Practical knowledge of kitchen equipment and general facility maintenance
• Physical ability to work in varied environments and lift heavy objects
• Flexibility to respond to after-hours emergency calls
• Good communication skills
