AC Duct Cleaning Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of duct technicians, ensuring efficient execution of tasks and high standards of work.
• Assign duties and supervise AC duct cleaning, installation, and maintenance operations.
• Provide training and guidance on proper duct cleaning techniques and safety measures.
• Conduct team meetings and safety briefings to ensure awareness of best practices.
• Oversee and perform AC duct cleaning using industry-approved methods and maintain duct cleaning machines.
• Supervise the installation of GI (Galvanized Iron) and PI (Pre-Insulated) ducts, ensuring proper alignment, sealing, and liner installation.
• Inspect and troubleshoot duct-related issues affecting AC performance.
• Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are strictly followed at all job sites.
• Maintain records of completed work, materials used, and project performance.
• Assist in cost estimation and the procurement of materials and equipment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AC duct cleaning, installation, and maintenance.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of duct systems, ventilation principles, and HVAC standards.
• Proven ability to operate duct cleaning machines and various HVAC tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to safety compliance.
