About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of approximately 10-12 employees
- Responsible for new customer acquisition and increasing customer loyalty
- Drive business development and market share growth in the assigned region
- Provide professional customer consultation on-site using modern technical equipment
- Collaborate with internal and external sales, wholesale markets, and delivery services
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Strong communication skills and sales talent
- High level of customer orientation and service quality
- Valid Class B driver's license
