About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a regional team of approximately 20 employees in sales and administration
- Drive business development, customer retention, and market share growth
- Manage inbound and outbound sales targets
- Advise customers on unique offers to increase revenue and profitability
- Implement customer strategies and coordinate with internal interfaces
- Collaborate with customer management, wholesale, and delivery teams
Requirements
- Completed training in retail or gastronomy
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Several years of experience in service centers, customer management, or call centers
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication and sales talent
- High level of customer orientation and service quality
