Responsibilities

• Support smooth daily hub operations following established processes
• Actively participate in order processing to ensure time windows are met
• Control and record incoming goods deliveries in the system
• Perform stock and freshness checks and assist with inventories
• Implement quality and food hygiene standards (HACCP) in daily work
• Coordinate shift tasks in coordination with the Hub Manager
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members
• Act as the right hand and deputy to the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and leadership potential
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate a team
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
