Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery team independently and plan personnel deployment
• Support the personal and professional development of team members
• Coordinate internal and external delivery process steps from order to route planning
• Ensure timely and correct delivery to customers
• Optimize and develop delivery processes based on customer needs
• Ensure compliance with legal and internal quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail or logistics
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience and knowledge in dispatching and logistics
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work in a two-shift system
