Responsibilities
- Supervise judicial litigation portfolios from initiation through adjudication via external law firms
- Monitor and follow up on judicial processes
- Provide service and support to internal negotiators
- Maintain direct contact and coordination with external providers
- Manage data entry in systems focused on tracking and performance measurement
- Develop strategies and drive innovation in judicial asset recovery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho or Abogado)
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience
- Proven experience in litigation and judicial asset recovery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Spanish
- Ability to travel occasionally
