About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide advisory to the department for the implementation of union schemes
- Propose strategies for the resolution of union-related conflicts
- Control and monitor the filing and revision of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CCT)
- Coordinate with external advisors and Operations Managers for the submission of CCT-related documentation
- Act as a liaison with Union Delegates
- Maintain and safeguard CCTs and all related documentary evidence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Labor Law
- Specialist in Labor Law
- 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Availability to travel frequently
