Abogado Jr Gobierno Corporativo

Responsibilities

• Elaborate contracts for the Finance and Sustainability VPs and formalize corporate documents.
• Prepare questionnaires for the financial and sustainability areas, review the Integrated Annual Report, and support internal and external audits.
• Manage notary matters, corporate books, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in the formalization of documents and all matters related to corporate governance.
• Support the resolution of legal inquiries and the implementation of corporate governance best practices.
• Coordinate responses to requirements from internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in drafting legal contracts, formalizing documents, and managing corporate minutes.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Commercial, and/or Corporate Law.
• Law degree with a professional title, specializing in Civil, Commercial, or Corporate Law.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Availability to work onsite in Santa Fe, Mexico City.
• Soft skills including learning agility, result orientation, and teamwork.
