Responsibilities

• Handle and manage requests for the formalization of mortgage credits
• Develop specialized legal knowledge within the field of Private Law
• Apply current legal provisions and criteria to all mortgage processes
• Establish and implement best practices for internal legal workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciado en Derecho)
• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience
• Previous experience working in a notary office or a legal firm
• Strong knowledge of legislation related to mortgage products
• Proficiency in data processing
• Excellent spelling and professional writing skills in Spanish
