Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and coordinate the signing of credit, leasing, factoring, trust, and mortgage contracts.
• Work closely with notaries, public officials (fedatarios), and commercial teams to ensure legal certainty.
• Ensure credit operations and guarantees are formalized in an agile, precise, and secure manner.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• More than 2 years of experience working in a notary office or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and notary law.
• Proven experience with financial contracts and management with public officials.
• Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
