Abogado de Instrumentación Legal

Responsibilities

• Analyze and issue opinions on corporate deeds, property titles, and legal documentation
• Draft and review various contracts including credit, pure leasing, commercial commission, factoring, pledge, trusts, and mortgages
• Coordinate legal processes with external providers such as notaries, mediators, and public brokers
• Follow up on contracts, promissory notes, testimonies, and documentation related to credit operations
• Participate in the negotiation and closing of operations in collaboration with the commercial area
• Provide legal support and attention to both internal and external clients

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in notary offices or financial institutions
• Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, commercial, corporate governance, and notary law
• Proven experience reviewing property titles, articles of incorporation, and shareholder meetings
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience drafting specific financial contracts such as credit, leasing, and factoring agreements
