Responsibilities

• Ensure legal security for banking operations through comprehensive analysis and legal opinions of files.
• Evaluate notary instruments, including constitutive deeds for various types of companies and property titles.
• Coordinate with notary offices and management services to request and follow up on certifications and legal registrations.
• Provide internal legal advisory to Sales and Inside Sales teams, communicating observations and alternatives to ensure operational viability.
• Support the review of credit contracts and the formalization of various types of guarantees.
• Ensure compliance with established SLAs in the preparation of legal opinions with high judicial criteria.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Law (Licenciatura en Derecho).
• 1-2 years of experience in a Notary office or a similar role within the financial sector.
• Solid knowledge of civil, corporate, mercantile, corporate, notary, and financial law.
• Experience reviewing property titles, constitutive acts, contracts, and assembly minutes.
• Basic English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or specialization in Notarial and/or Financial Law.
• Advanced English proficiency.
