About the role
Responsibilities
- Launch and run paid experiments at high cadence across digital channels and ABM platforms
- Build, test, and iterate on ad creative and copy variations on a weekly basis
- Set up tracking, audiences, and conversion events to ensure accurate performance measurement
- Develop 1:1 and 1:few campaign variants tailored to strategic accounts and specific industries
- Log all experiments with hypotheses and outcomes, providing short asynchronous recaps for the team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of hands-on paid acquisition or ABM execution experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
- Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and AdRoll
- Ability to set up basic tracking, UTMs, and conversion events independently
- Experience using creative tools such as Figma or Canva to ship ad variations
- Strong written English skills with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely in an asynchronous environment
