Responsibilities
- Build and orchestrate strategic account-based marketing programs aligned to major conferences, executive events, and industry moments
- Partner with the Events team to maximize the impact of conferences, dinners, and field activations
- Develop targeted outreach and engagement strategies for key accounts, industries, and executives
- Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, LinkedIn, and direct outreach
- Work closely with sales leadership to prioritize target accounts and identify high-value opportunities
- Collaborate with content and design teams to develop branded reports, campaign assets, and executive invitations
- Track campaign effectiveness, engagement signals, and pipeline influence
- Help build scalable ABM playbooks and processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ABM, strategic marketing, field marketing, or enterprise B2B SaaS roles
- Strong understanding of enterprise account-based marketing and high-touch GTM motions
- Experience orchestrating campaigns around conferences, executive events, or sponsorships
- Strong commercial instincts and understanding of enterprise sales cycles
- Exceptional organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
- Strong communication and storytelling instincts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AI, infrastructure, enterprise software, or data platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams with strategic account engagement
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
- Experience developing executive-level marketing experiences
- Experience working globally across North America, Europe, and APAC
