Harper is an AI-native commercial insurance company in San Francisco rebuilding the industry as software. We are growing rapidly and moving at high speed to turn expert human judgment into compute.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute industry-specific ABM strategies to identify and engage high-fit target accounts.
  • Own targeting and data processes using firmographic, behavioral, and trigger-based signals.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid, content, and direct channels.
  • Partner closely with sales and SDR teams to align targeting, sequencing, and messaging.
  • Develop scalable vertical playbooks and track performance against pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ABM, demand generation, or B2B marketing experience with pipeline ownership.
  • Hands-on experience running multi-channel ABM campaigns.
  • Proven ability to build and segment target account lists by industry or trigger.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial insurance or complex, trigger-driven industries.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms like 6sense or Demandbase.
  • Experience targeting SMB owners or founders.
