ABM & Demand Generation Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and execute ABM strategy across strategic, enterprise, and high-value accounts
• Build and run 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs across LinkedIn, email, intent, and events
• Design demand programs focused on quality, intent, and deal acceleration
• Partner with Sales to define target account lists and align campaigns to live deals
• Own and optimize the ABM and demand tech stack including HubSpot and ABM platforms
• Track account engagement, meetings influenced, and revenue impact
• Collaborate with Content teams to create vertical-specific narratives

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or AI marketing
• Proven experience running ABM programs for the US market
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce
• Experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, or Recotap
• Strong understanding of complex B2B buying committees
• Ability to work closely with Sales and RevOps teams
• Comfortable owning metrics tied to pipeline and revenue

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing to Enterprise SaaS or Enterprise Platform companies
• Experience with field marketing, events, or direct mail ABM plays
• Ability to write sharp, insight-led copy for emails and ads
