Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service and consultation within the retail environment
• Develop deep expertise in food and gastronomy products
• Manage department organization, including stock flow and shelf presentation
• Participate in seminars, e-learnings, and specialized projects
• Assume leadership responsibilities for trainees and manage own projects during the second phase of the program

Requirements

• High school diploma (Abitur or Fachabi) with completed internship
• Strong interest in the retail and food industry
• Excellent communication skills and commitment
• Ability to work effectively within a team
