By enabling teams to collaborate alongside AI agents, Conduct accelerates ERP work such as fit-gap analyses, hypercare support, and ABAP development. Having recently closed a $50M+ Series A, Conduct is a small, talent-dense team focused on unlocking productivity for major enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Develop ABAP connectors to integrate SAP-based systems with the Conduct platform
• Build AI agents capable of executing ABAP development tasks
• Contribute to the full stack, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure
• Shape product direction and speak directly with customers
• Identify edge cases, constraints, and quirks within complex enterprise SAP environments

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience
• Deep understanding of SAP system structures, including data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, and enhancement frameworks
• Experience working within or alongside large SAP implementations or migrations
• Strong, pragmatic engineering instincts for production-scale code
• Eagerness to work beyond ABAP in areas like AI agents, backend, and frontend development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a technical consultant, ABAP developer, or solutions architect
• Ability to work across a modern stack including Kotlin, React, and LLM orchestration tools
