ABA Program Supervisor

MeBe Family is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches through play-filled, research-based care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, community, and clinic settings
• Conduct skill and behavior assessments including VB-MAPP, AFLS, and Vineland III
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the implementation of treatment plans
• Design and implement parent training programs and curricula

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification
• Masters in ABA (with intent to sit for BCBA), LABA, or BCaBA
• 1+ years delivering direct ABA intervention to children with Autism

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and scientifically validated methodologies for ASD
• Ability to travel to multiple work sites with reliable transportation
