ABA Associate Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide high level clinical support and training to an assigned team of Behavior Specialists
• Administer functional behavioral assessments (FBA)
• Develop individualized behavior support and intervention plans and data collection systems
• Conduct recurring home or community visits based on clinical needs
• Provide caregiver training on the implementation of Treatment Plans and Behavioral Support Plans
• Lead clinical meetings and oversee the treatment planning process during initial sessions
• Train and supervise behavior technicians, caregivers, and other staff on BIP implementation
• Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients, families, and stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• 2-3 years of demonstrated clinical supervision
• 1500+ hours completed toward BCBA clinical hours
• Ability to provide in-person services and supervision throughout the Santa Clara County region
• Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass health screenings, vaccinations, and TB testing
• Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
