Responsibilities
- Ripening bananas according to desired specifications
- Performing daily checks from color to pulp temperature
- Delivering the correct color specifications
- Managing internal logistics processes for incoming goods
- Performing daily stock checks
- Following quality requirements such as HACCP
- Handling orders and administrative tasks in the system
Requirements
- MBO/HBO work and thinking level
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
- Accurate and responsible work ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
- Team player with multi-cultural awareness
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical thinking level
- Forklift certificate
