A400M Program and Industrial Controlling

Responsibilities

• Co-pilot financial performance by leading financial planning, preparing accurate forecasts, and setting multi-year financial targets
• Develop and run financial models, simulations, and business cases to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze financial performance, identify deviations, and advise on corrective actions and cost optimization
• Manage financial reporting, including analysis of cost bases, revenues, and unit costs
• Ensure compliance with finance processes, including tax, treasury, and accounting requirements
• Support execution by computing hourly rates, managing resource reviews, and auditing purchase orders
• Raise finance awareness within the business by providing tools and explaining key financial concepts

Requirements

• Degree level education
• Fluent Spanish
• English at a negotiation level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with a team spirit
• High level of motivation to lead complex projects
