A330 MRTT Aircraft Configuration Conformity Management (CCMD)

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point within the quality organization to manage aircraft configuration conformity and customer quality requirements
• Manage authorities end-to-end, including onsite quality assurance and flight permits
• Interface with civil and military authorities to ensure organization approval requirements (DOA, POA, MOA) are fulfilled
• Support the Change Control Process and the evolution of the Configuration Baseline
• Ensure products are delivered and maintained in accordance with approved design data and customer requirements
• Manage process Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) from root cause analysis through to prevention and close-out
• Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, methods, and instructions
• Monitor and evaluate KPIs to strengthen prevention and surveillance within the business

Requirements

• Professional experience in quality management or aircraft configuration conformity
• Proven ability to interface with civil and military aviation authorities
• Experience supporting change control processes and configuration management
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, including manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventative actions
• Proficiency in developing QMS documentation and quality methods
