About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and verify quality activities in the flightline phase, ensuring aircraft system integrity and conformity to design specifications.
  • Release aircraft for ground and flight operations, including engine run-up inspections and pre/post-flight checks.
  • Perform aircraft testing and document results or discrepancies in the Airbus Log Book (ALB).
  • Support and perform troubleshooting on aircraft avionic, airframe, and powerplant systems.
  • Conduct ground checks, including static system tests, APU runs, and engine runs in accordance with the Production Aircraft Test Manual (PATM).
  • Maintain Part 145 Work Packages and perform Release to Service activities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, customers, and suppliers to clarify problems and implement improvement measures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of Quality Inspection experience, preferably with A320 Family aircraft.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Avionic, Airframe, and Powerplant systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of A320 Family Avionic Systems.
  • Ability to make quick, decisive actions to ensure the safety of personnel and aircraft.
  • Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written) to provide clear direction.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FAA issued A&P license or EASA Part 66 license.
  • Airbus A320 T1 & T2 training.
  • Previous flightline experience.
  • Leadership experience in an aviation environment.
