A320 FAL Short/Mid Term Planning Manager I

Responsibilities

• Oversee short-term (0-4 weeks) and mid-term (0-12 months) operational planning for the A320 assembly line
• Manage production schedules, aircraft movements, and resource capacity including manpower, machines, and materials
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, including material, engine, and QSR shortages
• Analyze production lead-times, industrial milestones, and KPIs to mitigate risks and provide decision-making insights
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and global stakeholders to ensure planning accuracy
• Lead planning meetings and contribute to daily MPS/OCC routines to track progress and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or Business with 0-2 years of experience
• OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or Business with 3-5 years of experience
• Proven experience as a Planner, preferably within the aerospace or manufacturing industry
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex production schedules and resolve urgent operational issues in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience working as an Aviation operational or program Planner
• Proficiency with the APC Jaguar planning tool
