About the role
Responsibilities
- Walk through new financial process flows in the S4Hana environment
- Support GL COE and EU consolidation teams on month-end close and entity sign-off
- Coordinate review processes with country controllers and BP&A partners
- Map local finance sub-processes and statutory account changes
- Support compliance, internal audit, and SOX control reassessment
- Train super users and gather enhancement feedback
- Help plan day 1, post-day 1, and W2 preparation activities
Requirements
- Experience with finance process and close operations
- Knowledge of SAP S4Hana and related reporting workflows
- Understanding of statutory accounts and audit planning
- Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance coordination
- Strong cross-functional coordination and change management skills
