About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor service logs for A. (A-dot), A. Biz, and NUGU to ensure high quality
  • Support the classification and structuring of log data
  • Analyze low-quality service cases and assist in measuring service quality
  • Perform daily functional testing and quality analysis for A. Biz, A. dot, and T-map apps
  • Manage operational tasks including notice updates, FAQ management, and campaign registration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
  • Proficiency in OA (Office Automation) tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a commitment to completing assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Generative AI for work tasks
  • Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience in designing and executing test cases (TC)
