About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor service logs for A. (A-dot), A. Biz, and NUGU to ensure high quality
- Support the classification and structuring of log data
- Analyze low-quality service cases and assist in measuring service quality
- Perform daily functional testing and quality analysis for A. Biz, A. dot, and T-map apps
- Manage operational tasks including notice updates, FAQ management, and campaign registration
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher (any major)
- Proficiency in OA (Office Automation) tools
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive attitude with a commitment to completing assigned tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Generative AI for work tasks
- Experience in processing and analyzing large datasets
- Experience in designing and executing test cases (TC)
