About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and removing aircraft engine equipment
- Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements
- Manage technical products, services logistics, provisioning, and configurations
- Troubleshoot technical problems and recommend actions to company or customer representatives
- Travel up to 25% to support customer needs and site requirements
Requirements
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year post-high school training)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an A&P Technician
- Active A&P License
- U.S. Person status (Citizen, Permanent Resident, or protected individual)
- Ability to work 2nd shift (Sunday-Wednesday, 3:30pm-1:30am)
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Aviation Maintenance Management
- Heavy hangar, FBO, or field experience including rigging, R&I, and MRPs
- Shop or bench refurbishment experience
- Experience inspecting engine parts, troubleshooting, and returning engines/modules to service
- Airframe experience with Pratt & Whitney Canada (PWC) powered aircraft
- Previous customer service experience
