A.I. Transformation Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions to drive measurable business outcomes
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases and define transformation roadmaps
• Oversee the development and deployment of machine learning solutions and ensure integration with existing data pipelines
• Assess data readiness, quality, and governance to support large-scale AI initiatives
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical executives, translating complex AI concepts into actionable insights
• Drive organizational change through training, enablement sessions, and embedding AI into daily workflows
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 5–10 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, or related technical disciplines
• Strong foundation in NLP, machine learning, and AI platforms
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data and model lifecycle management
• Proven experience leading projects in complex, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
• Prior experience within the payments, financial services, or a highly regulated industry environment
• Experience with software development and IBM tools or monitoring tools
