About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the bloom environment on Sundays for 9:30a and 11:45a gatherings
- Build and manage a Door Holder team for the 5p gathering
- Lead the 515 flip team on Wednesdays
- Organize and direct Door Holder care and appreciation
- Collaborate with the Family Ministries team to prepare Door Holders for Sundays
- Manage environment supplies and order curriculum supplies
- Assist with logistics, planning, and execution of special family events
- Coordinate with the Tech Team for Sunday check-in and Door Holder scheduling
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years of comparable experience
- Demonstrated skills in verbal and written communication
- Experience in public speaking and leading teams
- Ability to work Monday - Thursday (9a - 5p) and all day Sunday
