4D BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Apply and expand 4D-BIM coordination, planning, and visualization within complex projects
• Develop convincing 4D simulations to strengthen planning, execution strategy, and stakeholder communication
• Establish methodologies for 4D implementation within projects
• Develop, document, and disseminate standards and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including planners, site managers, and BIM modelers
• Support decision-making through 4D models and simulations during preparation and execution phases
• Contribute to cost price calculations for tenders and execution projects

Requirements

• HBO diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in the Dutch language
• Experience with model coordination methodologies
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Synchro 4D, Navisworks Manage, or similar software
• Junior profile with relevant experience or strong affinity for 4D planning
• Background as a BIM Coordinator, 4D planner, site manager, or in a modeling role
• Knowledge of modeling software such as Revit or Civil 3D
• Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
