3rd Shift Tech Factory Quality

Responsibilities

• Execute company Quality Policy, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping to meet "ready to eat" quality standards.
• Escalate quality or food safety incidents to management and communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
• Support quality improvement initiatives, such as product defect reduction and "first time right" goals.
• Verify QA checks, HTST charts, and documentation across all factory lines.
• Provide front-line support for operations by responding to floor issues and collecting pertinent information.
• Perform line inspections after sanitation and conduct GMP audits.
• Manage "Out of specification" materials by placing them on quality hold in the JDE system.
• Train personnel on HACCP checks and support warehouse inspections for pallets and trailers.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, math, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift and handle a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in cold temperatures (requires PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of related experience in quality assurance or food manufacturing.
