3rd Shift Operator - Fermentation & Formulation

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following SOPs and supervision instructions
• Complete required documentation neatly and completely
• Ensure proper raw materials and quantities are used
• Adjust equipment and process settings to ensure production meets SOPs
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safety and proper processing
• Inspect product quality and document results at specified intervals
• Perform routine analytical testing to control the process
• Complete daily shift production logs
• Coordinate with lab technicians to ensure product quality
• Monitor and report deviations from production standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Minimum one-year process and equipment experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Fermentation, Bio-tech, or related fields
• Ability to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work 3rd shift and overtime
• Proficiency with computer operation software
