About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise entrusted products through their entire life cycle to ensure pharmaceutical quality and compliance.
- Act as the primary internal and external contact for all pharmaceutical quality issues regarding third-party manufactured products.
- Coordinate and control GMP-relevant documentation regarding manufacturing processes, quality control, and quality assurance.
- Support the initiation, coordination, and evaluation of new product introductions and change controls.
- Maintain regulatory compliance of suppliers by managing the List of Approved Vendors and performing associated audits and inspections.
- Review and authorize master documents including CoAs, manufacturing instructions, and specifications to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support the negotiation, preparation, and periodic review of Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs).
- Assist in the investigation and closure of deviations and the management of critical quality incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Natural, or Engineering science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality control, analysis, production, or quality assurance.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs and applicable international regulations and guidelines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, TrackWise, and SAP.
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
