Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of menu items for bagged lunches, breakfast, and dinner service
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment and organized workstations
• Prepare hot and cold food items including fruits, vegetables, and salads
• Prepare made-to-order sandwiches and salads based on order sheets
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed and complete HACCP logs
• Label and date all prepared food items
• Receive and store supplies including food, beverage, and chemicals
• Support dishwashing and general kitchen cleaning duties
• Perform end-of-shift cleaning including sweeping and mopping
• Complete daily Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA)

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale cooking (camp settings, banquet halls, or hotels) is a strong asset
• Ability to commit to a 2 week on/1 week off rotation
• Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
• Valid government-issued photo ID for travel
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand work and work with arms above shoulder height

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Food Safe certification
