3PL & Logistics Manager

About the Company

Infinitum is a pre-IPO climate-tech company reinventing the electric motor. Headquartered in Austin, TX, the company operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Saltillo, Mexico, and is scaling its team to support rapid global growth.

Responsibilities

• Own daily freight execution including carrier scheduling, shipment tracking, and exception resolution
• Manage 3PL partner relationships, SLAs, and performance accountability
• Execute logistics transactions in NetSuite including receipts, shipments, and inventory movements
• Support 3PL RFQs through requirements gathering and vendor coordination
• Align logistics operations with Sales and Customer Success on delivery commitments
• Develop finished-goods inventory and replenishment strategies and lead Kanban implementation
• Build reporting on shipment status, 3PL performance, and inventory health

Requirements

• 4–7+ years in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL operations
• Hands-on freight execution and carrier coordination experience
• Proficiency in NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or hardware product environments
• Experience managing 3PL relationships and SLAs
• Knowledge of finished-goods inventory strategy including safety stock and Kanban
• Proven ability to build logistics processes in a scaling organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TMS or WMS platforms
