3PL Account Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned 3PL suppliers and serve as their primary point of contact
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to support operational performance and compliance
• Monitor rider headcount and ensure suppliers meet forecasted capacity requirements
• Drive supplier fulfillment to achieve daily and weekly operational targets
• Coordinate the onboarding and activation of new 3PL riders, including document verification and system setup
• Deliver or coordinate rider training on company standards, app usage, SLAs, safety, and hygiene
• Resolve supplier-related issues including payment inquiries, inactive riders, and system issues
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Track supplier performance, onboarding progress, and rider headcount
• Prepare regular reports and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or 3PL operations
• Experience managing supplier or vendor relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage
