3D Visualisation Artist

Responsibilities

• Own the 3D pipeline from initial concepting and CAD ingest to final lighting, texturing, and rendering
• Translate engineering data into high-fidelity assets, ensuring hardware looks mechanically accurate and real-world ready
• Visualize complex systems by creating technical breakdowns that explain internal components and performance features
• Develop elemental realism through procedural simulations of fabric, water, snow, and environmental interactions
• Execute cinematic layouts by applying a deep understanding of physically accurate virtual lenses and depth of field
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to ensure every bolt, weld, and fabric grain reflects authentic manufacturing processes
• Produce large-scale assets for trade show LED walls and global product campaigns

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience creating high-end 3D motion content within outdoor, defense, or technical lifestyle spaces
• Deep understanding of physical manufacturing, including how hardware is milled and how garments are patterned
• Mastery of state-of-the-art 3D systems and render engines (software-agnostic)
• Expert-level look development skills, specifically regarding how light reacts to technical materials like carbon fiber and anodized aluminum
• Proficiency in CAD and the ability to optimize raw engineering files for creative workflows without losing technical integrity
• Ability to act as a virtual cinematographer, using lighting and lens choice to drive narrative

• Industrial Design (ID) background
