3D Graphic Designer/Storyline Integrator

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive e-Learning modules using Articulate Storyline based on pedagogical specifications
• Integrate multimedia content including text, images, video, animations, and quizzes
• Adapt modules to SCORM/xAPI standards for LMS compatibility
• Collaborate with instructional designers, graphic designers, and subject matter experts
• Ensure graphic and ergonomic consistency with brand guidelines
• Perform functional and technical testing for browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility
• Monitor technological trends in digital learning such as gamification and microlearning

Requirements

• Mandatory mastery of Articulate Storyline (recent versions)
• Knowledge of e-Learning standards (SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, AICC)
• Proficiency in graphic design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Cornerstone, 360Learning, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Articulate Rise
• Experience with other authoring tools like Adobe Captivate or Lectora
• Experience with video and audio editing software
