3D Design & Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Work directly with leading global brands and manufacturers to understand their digital transformation needs and business goals.
• Consult and advise clients on 3D adoption strategies to ensure workflows align with internal processes.
• Design and guide clients through transformation roadmaps to optimize 3D content creation pipelines.
• Enable client success through tailored training programs, workshops, and technical deep dives.
• Lead professional events, including live demonstrations of the CLO ecosystem and participation in trade shows.
• Collaborate with software developers to propose and define innovative features for future development.
• Create high-quality 3D content for educational materials, social media, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the fashion industry with a strong understanding of garment construction.
• Fluency in both Vietnamese and English.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client projects and events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D software such as CLO3D, Marvelous Designer, or similar tools.
• Professional experience and knowledge in garment production.
• Professional knowledge of fabric trim.
